We ship across the U.S. within 3-5 business days. (The processing of your order may be delayed over major holidays.) We ship in real time, meaning your shipping rate is based upon your location, as well as our use of Priority Mail and flat rate boxes through USPS. We only ship to physical addresses, no P.O. Boxes. 


We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal.


We think you'll love your order, but just in case you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, or if you're dissatisfied with a product, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return it and receive a refund. Any product you return must be in the same condition as you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt. 


In the case of broken or damaged product, we will happily replace it as long as we have it in stock and we'll cover the shipping costs. If we do not have one to replace, we will refund your payment in full. To request a product replacement, please send an email with a photo attachment to our customer service email.
